I think Delhi picture was taken in "Paharganj" it is a main backpacker hub and some crooks too ;)

Paharganj is known as a gate to India, ppl r always asking how come it's possible u haven't been there when u were in del

feelinggood, Yeah you'r correct but now Paharganj is no more a good place untill you want cheepest accomendation. Connaught Circle is much more open, clean and jovial :) .. I remember one incident in Paharganj .. a guy was selling some Indian snacks and my friend asked him and he said Rs 10 and another girl from UK asked and he said Rs 30 thats really bad about that place.

deepaczku, i think it's common in india. for example when u consider policy to make national monuments more affordable for the average not-so wealthy-Indian. foreigners got to pay more. it's the same thing just formalized.
