feelinggood, Yeah you'r correct but now Paharganj is no more a good place untill you want cheepest accomendation. Connaught Circle is much more open, clean and jovial
.. I remember one incident in Paharganj .. a guy was selling some Indian snacks and my friend asked him and he said Rs 10 and another girl from UK asked and he said Rs 30 thats really bad about that place.
